Brilliant World of Tom Gates-Book Review

"Woke up-listened to music
Played my guitar
Rolled out of bed (slowly)
Looked for socks
Looked for clothes
Played  some more guitar
Realized I hadn't done my " holiday reading homework"
Annoyed my sister Delia(time well spent).
Hid her sunglasses
took my comic into to read"
This is how  the ten year old ,kindhearted, doodle artist Tom spends his morning leading him to be late  to school(4 minute walk from home) and driving his teacher Mr. Fullerman nuts. Tom's life is hectic- tolerating Marcus  , avoiding Mr. Fullerman's  beady eyes while doodling, completing homework, annoying Delia and Dog zombies band practice -band inspired by Dude3(best band in the world) but he still finds time to land himself and his best  mate Derek in trouble  Mrs. WorthingTon(not tash) ,Mum , Dad, Amy(not for long). From embarrassing pictures to homework excuses, crazy camping trips and fun doodles  to Dude3 concerts Tom undergoes everything.
Filled with amazing doodles and catchy titles Liz Pichon's book makes you crack up  and laugh out loud every time you read it.This is a book that  takes to the  brilliant world of Tom Gates while I was reading it I remembered all the crazy antics me and my friends did at school .I am sure you'll not put it  down until you  are done reading.
This is a book for you if you enjoy humor, fiction   and"  Diary of a wimpy kid " by Jeff Kinney.
I advice you all to read it.
